In a program of continuous slow improvement (on a voluntary basis) we needed to take out the old broken windows that had been boarded up for yearsand replace them with glass blocks. We can now finish off the changing room toilets. While work continued on the windows lots of other work was going on such as gutter replacement and tidying the dojo.
