TECHNIQUES

I got told to update this page as it previously read 'These photo's are 2 years old (I found them hiding at the back of my computer), hence Michelle is a blue belt.' The photos were a bit older than that as Michelle is now a second dan.

Anyway here goes, these are all quicktime movie clips at the moment and were taken Wednesday 22 March 2006. They represent the techniques that were practised in the training session by most people who were there that night and were taken fairly spontaneously with no practice.
